Present perfect

Use: I use the present perfect: the action was in past and its result is in the present.
Or: the action constantly was in past and it takes to present. The duration constantly to present.

Ex:
Have you heard from Thi recently?
I've met a lot of people in the last few dáy.
Everything is going well. We haven't had any problems so far.
I'm hungry. I haven't eaten anything since breakfast.
It's nice to see you again. We haven't seen each other for a long time.
It's the first good meal  
It's the first time something has happened

Past continuous

Dùng chỉ hành động đang xảy ra giữa chừng trong quá khứ và chưa kết thúc trong thời điểm quá khứ.

Thường các từ know, want, believe không dùng cho past continuous

chỉ dùng động từ hành động hay các sự kiện với thì tiếp diễn
(like or love không phải là hành động)
I 'm aware of danger.
I'm aware of my car
I'm aware of my wife
as you aware, this is my hat.
I see  ( trừ trường hợp see mang nghĩa having a meeting with sb
I hear
I smell
I taste
I think với nghĩa believe.

look và feel thì có thể dùng cả
How do you feel?

You re looking well today
How re you feeling now?

He is very sefish.. khi nói chung chung
chỉ nói khi về cư xử thôi.

Present continuous and present simple

- Thời điểm tính chất tạm thời:
I 'm living with some friends until i find a flat.
- Thời điểm tính chất lâu dài.
I live in London, and my friend lived there.
I m sleeping at the moment.
I study in National economics university.
I m studying English.
